Just a few days ago, high-end French fashion house Maison Martin Margiela and iconic sneaker brand Converse announced they would be collaborating on an upcoming collection together. World-renowned for their top-of-the-line work, Margiela will add their fashion touch onto Converse’s classic portfolio. We now have an exclusive look at some of what may be in store for the sneaker world. Pictured here is a premium high-top ’70s Chuck Taylor All Star in blue plunging into white paint, providing us with the assumption that there will be an all-white version of the classic sneaker on the way. In the video clip below, we see what seems to be a pair of Jack Purcells crashing through a white board. Both images give us hints at what is to come, but there’s still no official imagery for any final products that the two have concocted.
The word online is that release dates, pricing, and more information will be released this Thursday, September 5th.
We’ll make sure to keep you posted with all the latest news, soon as we get it. Until then, check out the teaser clip below and drop us a comment at the bottom to let us know what you think of this epic collaboration.
